In this video and article I am explaining Pluto conjunct the ascendant, Pluto in the first house and Pluto in the 12th house in astrology. Read below the article that describes the information in the video. I feel that this position has been hugely misunderstood and misdescribed by many astrologers, so let’s clear this up and work with the good and the bad of this placement.
Pluto is the planet of power and rules the sign of Scorpio. Scorpio is the sign that often hides the way they really feel in order to hold on to power. Therefore, there is a natural tendency towards suspicion. Not only I am writing this post from an astrology kind of perspective, but also I myself have Pluto conjunct the ascendant. I am combining my knowledge of astrology, my investigation with clients and the experience of my own life. Pluto is the planet of power and transformation, and in order to transform we have to go to the underworld to see our shadow side.
When you are born with Pluto on the ascendant, it means that you came here with a lot of karmic baggage from our ancestral family line. It feels as if you came into this life where things constantly go wrong. Very often there is a difficult pregnancy when you were born, or your mother was just very stressed during the pregnancy. Like this you came in the world with a distorted view of how life should be.
In the family line there was a lot of darkness, which was brewing over the generation in the DNA and decided to explode when you were born. You are a soul with a HUGE commitment, which leads to the highest and purest form of a spiritual awakening.
So I am here to comfort you that it is going to be oke, and it will be one of the most rewarding things you have ever done.
You have probably read this in many other articles, where they are explaining that all Pluto conjunct the ascendant are manipulators. In a way that is true, but this is not the full truth. Very often because so many things have gone wrong in the lives of people with Pluto on the ascendant, they are trying to avoid it from happening and want to control the external environment.
In a way to avoid other people from hurt and pain they want to control them in order for them to not have to experience the same thing as they did. However, one thing that is very often seen is that when Pluto conjunct the ascendant is not accepting their inner power, they are surrounded by people that are controlling them. They sometimes constantly give away their power to other people. This is especially seen with people that have Pluto in the 12th house. People with Pluto in the first house often have a more clear understanding of their inner power.
People with a Pluto rising often have a really sexual energy about them. Especially, if you also have Scorpio on the ascendant. It is as if you look right through people and you feel that people feel uncomfortable with your piercing gaze. The truth is that you do actually look through the layers of the person and you can sense their dark side. Even stronger you are a walking catalyst for change. You trigger the shadow side of other people. Thing about Pluto that rules the 8th house of sex, the occult, debts, death and intimacy. You crack people open like an onion and very often people do not like it.
That is why sometimes people seriously run away, as they are not ready to face their dark side. However, keep in mind that with Pluto on the ascendant, you are here also to transform yourself first before you can teach it to others. You have to go through darkness yourself in order to climb to the light. You will find often that people are very inappropriate to you sexually no matter what their age, gender or status. Whatever their dark side is, you awaken that within them. You are a walking sensation that triggers people to explore, and very often people have hidden sexual desires. If you feel uncomfortable with that, the trick is to own your sexuality and to have healthy boundaries. In my session with my clients I always look for solutions and not only read what is going on in the astrology chart.
I am here to walk the talk and I have spend year in trying to figure out how to leave the wheel of death, rebirth and rising from the ashes. I found out that the best way to deal with Pluto is to accept that you are here to learn from losing something and knowing that ultimately we are one with source. You can’t control an outcome as we wish, we can only unify with God, the universe or whatever is God to you.
Meditation, yoga, healthy food and pure thoughts will help you get out of it. Very often you expect the worst from people and your lack of trust keeps us in the wheel of self-fulfilling prophecies. Your intense will of merging with a soulmate and with the people around us clouds our judgment. You need to take it slow in any of our relationships so we can see who we actually are allowing into our lives. Check out your Venus placements in your chart, as for example Venus square Pluto can amplify this placement.
When people lie, steal or take from you, you send them love and forgiveness. If you are the one that is doing so, and you are taking over the dark energies of your ancestors, forgive yourself. The beauty of Pluto is that you can change any time you want. The ultimate goal of Pluto is to merge with the divine.
Like an ultimate detector you sense what people are hiding, but funnily enough the people that are really bad for you, you can’t see coming. It is almost like a blind spot. In order for you to see them coming you need to understand the pattern of the relationships that you are having. Love bombing, narcissism and much more are included into the Pluto dynamic. However, are you allowing others to take your inner power, or are you expecting a lot from others so you won’t be disappointed yourself.
A power dynamic in which you dominated and get dominated is a very common trait. People with Pluto on the ascendant are great psychics and can read the room like no other. At the same time people see you coming in the room as well and look at you like you are an alien from another planet. You can feel people watching like a laser through your body. Therefore it is so important to accept yourself fully, so you can be confident enough to carry this powerful planet. It is about using this power for amazing change on the planet, instead of misusing the power to gain something through others.
I could write many chapters about Pluto conjunct the ascendant, but what I can tell you is that you are not doomed, you can definitely get out of it. The only way to heal and work with the energy is to commit to the divine in whatever way works for you. Meditating, purifying your thoughts, healing your ancestral line by honoring them and forgiveness. Also forgiveness to the people who have hurt you and forgiveness to yourself. This is a very honorable placement in your chart and do not let it get to you. It can be overwhelming and you have a bullshit detector full on, but do not let it affect you personally. Instead learn detachment and to get to know people slowly without throwing your heart in.
Very often by getting intense and offer love too quickly we tend to love bomb ourselves. Look in the mirror and if you have many people around you that are narcissistic, it is time to stop giving your power away.
Everybody around you is reflecting parts that you have not accepted of yourself yet. Once you do that, no one can stop you from helping thousands of people and their healing. You learn from your ups and downs and this will make you an amazing therapist or teacher of change. You dare to go into the underworld and bring people to the light. This is a though job, but it is mostly rewarding and so beautiful! Check out also the article about a Stellium in astrology as this comes with a different kind of intensity.
You can do it dear soul!
